The Pope Community Center’s mission is to create innovative programming that increases the over all quality of life for the total Air Force Family, i.e. singles, families, spouses, retirees and youth.  

The Community Center currently offers convenient hours of operation at 90 hours per week.  It is a great to place relax and participate in a form of indirect recreational activity.  It is equipped with a muti-media projection system, Game Boys, Xbox, board games, television,   fireplace room and ballroom.  It is located adjacent to dorms and lodging. The center promotes squadron esprit d’corps through monthly squadron rivalry competitions.  It affords Air Force family members a venue to hold private parties, weddings, reunions and more.  It also has an active duty talent contest to those wishing to be a part of Tops in Blue. The Community Center staff’s motivation, individual creativity, working as team and customer service helps make us the best Community Center in the Air Force.  A unique aspect of this center is their support of Pope Air Force base’s  Airman’s Entertainment Council.
