The Pope Fitness Center is a four star facility that offers exercise equipment, recreational programs, free aerobics classes, weight room, intramural and varsity sports, basketball and racquetball courts. It also has a Parent Child Workout Play Room which offers parents that do not have child care before or after work or on weekends, the ability to keep in shape and watch their children at the same time. The Nutrition Connection a healthy smoothie and juice bar that also sell a wide variety of health supplements is located in the lobby. The Fitness Center staff includes a Personal Trainer and an Exercise Physiologists. A new lighted outdoor sports complex with ball fields, tennis courts, snack bar and press box was opened in 2005
